Meaning
"probably ~ / I suppose ~" (conjecture); with rising intonation でしょう？ = "right?" (seeking agreement).
でしょう means "probably" or "I suppose": 明日は晴れるでしょう "It will probably be sunny tomorrow". It follows the plain form, but nouns and な-adjectives take NO だ before it (先生でしょう, 静かでしょう). Said with rising intonation, でしょう？ means "right?" and asks the listener to agree.
Weather forecasts, polite guesses about someone else's situation, and confirming something you are fairly sure of (おいしいでしょう？).
