Strategy notes: read these before the passage

Phone messages follow: who, apology, reason, request, what to do next. Find the request (〜ていただけないでしょうか) first.
〜ことになりまして is a soft way to say something was decided by circumstances. It explains the reason for cancelling.
The final instruction (〜たら…ください) tells the listener what action to take. That is often the last question.

Passage

（留守番電話（るすばんでんわ）のメッセージ）

もしもし、鈴木です。木村さん、お世話になっています。あしたの午後二時の打ち合わせ（うちあわせ）の件（けん）ですが、急に大阪へ出張（しゅっちょう）することになりまして、行けなくなってしまいました。本当に申し訳ありません。

それで、打ち合わせを木曜日の同じ時間か、金曜日の午前中に変えていただけないでしょうか。どちらでも大丈夫です。

資料（しりょう）はもうできていますので、今日中にメールで送ります。先に見ておいていただけると助かります。

このメッセージを聞いたら、私の携帯（けいたい）に電話をください。番号は090-2222-3333です。よろしくお願いします。
