Meaning
have to… / must… (casual contractions of 〜なくては / 〜なければ)
〜なくちゃ and 〜なきゃ are the spoken shortcuts for "have to": 行かなくちゃ = 行かなくては(いけない), 起きなきゃ = 起きなければ(ならない). The obligation ending is usually left off. They mean the same as 〜なければならない; only the register changes.
