納期変更のお願い(ビジネスメール)

Strategy notes: read these before the passage
- In business emails the key request is often wrapped in humble forms (〜させていただけないでしょうか). Strip the politeness and find the plain verb: 変更する.
- Read the question stems first, then read the passage once without stopping. Short passages usually hide the answer in a single sentence.
- For notices and emails, locate the request verb (〜いただけないでしょうか, 〜ください) and the condition words (なお, ただし, その場合): they carry the tested details.
