Meaning
speaking of; when you mention ...; as for (exclamatory)
〜というと / 〜といえば / 〜といったら pick up a topic that has just come up and build on it: "speaking of Japanese food, sushi comes to mind"; "speaking of Tanaka, I haven't seen him lately". といったら is often exclamatory: "the heat that day was beyond words".
話し言葉寄り, conversational. It follows nouns (and sometimes plain clauses). というと can also seek clarification ("you mean…?"). といえば introduces an association; といったら expresses a strong impression that follows.
