〜にしたら / 〜にすれば / 〜にしてみれば all mean "from X's point of view", where X is a person or organization. The speaker imagines standing in X's shoes and reports how things look or feel to them. It usually carries sympathy: "For a parent, that must be the biggest worry."
Both speech and writing when discussing other people's feelings. にしてみれば has the strongest "try imagining" feel and is very common in conversation; にすれば is slightly stiffer. Not used for the speaker's own standpoint (私にしたら is unusual; use 私としては).
